Amulite fiber cement board and calcium silicate board lines are configured from 1 million m² to 30 million m² per year. Capacity is decided by sheet machine width (1,300–1,600 mm), forming cylinder number, autoclave volume and the level of automation in cutting, stacking and packing.

Do you supply turnkey plants including layout design and raw material formulation?

Yes. Every project includes plant layout drawings, civil and utility load data, equipment manufacturing, on-site installation supervision, formulation trials with locally sourced cement, silica sand and pulp, plus operator and maintenance training until stable output is achieved.

How long does installation and commissioning take?

Typical lead time is 90–180 days for manufacturing depending on line scale, followed by 30–60 days of mechanical installation and 15–30 days of trial production and commissioning carried out with our resident engineers.
