Who We Are

A Specialist Partner for Non-Metallic Building Material Plants

China Amulite Group is a manufacturer and process engineering company dedicated to fiber cement board, calcium silicate board, gypsum board, MGO board, AAC block and cement wall panel production lines. Our engineers have spent more than a decade solving the real problems board plants face: slurry consistency, sheet delamination, uneven density, autoclave cycle loss and packing-line bottlenecks.

Because we design the process and build the machines, we can adapt a line to the raw materials that are actually available on your site — local OPC, silica sand, fly ash, quartz powder, waste paper or imported pulp — instead of forcing you to import expensive additives.

  • Experience: hundreds of commissioned lines, documented process curves and formulation records for each board type.
  • Expertise: in-house process laboratory for slurry, flexural strength and density testing before mass production.
  • Authority: ISO-based quality system, CE-compliant electrical design, Siemens / Schneider core components.
  • Trust: factory audits and VR plant visits welcome, with contract-defined capacity and quality acceptance targets.

How We Deliver

From Feasibility Study to Stable Mass Production

A board or panel plant is a process, not a pile of machines. This is the exact workflow our project managers follow for every overseas installation, with documented hand-over at each stage.

  1. Feasibility & Sizing

We review your target products, local raw materials, power and steam availability, then propose capacity, layout and investment scale.

  2. Engineering & Manufacturing

Mechanical and electrical drawings are released for approval; machines are fabricated, machined and dry-run tested in our own workshops.

  3. Installation Supervision

Our field engineers guide foundation checking, mechanical erection, piping, wiring and PLC integration on your site.

  4. Trial Run & Training

Formulation adjustment, board testing, capacity verification and hands-on operator, QC and maintenance training before hand-over.

Buyer GuideSupplier Selection

How Global Buyers Evaluate a Board Machine Supplier

Check five things: forming-cylinder machining accuracy, autoclave pressure-vessel certification, electrical brand list, documented reference plants of similar capacity, and whether installation engineers are employed in-house. Our team publishes these criteria openly — because we pass them.

Buyer FAQ

Questions We Answer Before Every Project Starts

Straight answers from our project engineering department — no sales padding.

Lines are configured from 1 million m² to 30 million m² per year. Output depends on sheet machine width (typically 1,300–1,600 mm), the number of forming cylinders, autoclave volume and how much of the cutting, stacking and packing process is automated. We size the line around your realistic first-stage sales volume, with space reserved for phase-two expansion.
Yes. The scope includes plant layout drawings, civil and utility load data, equipment manufacturing, installation supervision, formulation trials using your locally available cement, silica sand, fly ash and pulp, plus operator and maintenance training until agreed output and board strength are achieved.
Manufacturing lead time is normally 90–180 days depending on line scale and autoclave quantity. Mechanical installation takes 30–60 days on site, followed by 15–30 days of trial production and commissioning with our resident engineers present.
Our equipment operates in more than 60 countries, including Pakistan, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Nigeria, Kenya, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Chile, Peru and Russia. Reference lists relevant to your region and board type can be provided under confidentiality.
You receive a recommended spare-part stock list, remote PLC diagnostics, video technical support, scheduled on-site service visits and process optimisation assistance when you add new thicknesses, densities or surface finishes to your product range.
Absolutely. We welcome in-person factory audits, third-party inspections and video walkthroughs of machines under assembly. Equipment lists, layout drawings and utility consumption sheets are available on request — start by requesting our catalog.
